Nollywood actress Motilola Akinlami has publicly called out her colleague Kunle Afod in a viral video, accusing him of sabotaging her career.
She alleged that Afod has been telling people not to hire her for jobs, causing her to lose opportunities and even leading to a recent refund of payment for a job she was already paid for, which Afod was directing.
According to Akinlami, the issue started five years ago when she had a misunderstanding with Afod, after which she decided to keep a distance from him.
However, Afod allegedly continued to badmouth her and discourage others from working with her.
Akinlami claimed that she had reached out to respected elders in the industry for help, but none of them intervened, forcing her to speak out publicly about the situation.
She expressed her frustration and disappointment, seeking support and understanding from her fans and the wider community.
