Big Brother Naija star Whitemoney has shared a poignant story about a challenging period in his life, highlighting his commitment to his principles. During a difficult time when he was living under a bridge and struggling to survive, he received a tempting offer from a wealthy married woman. Despite his dire circumstances, Whitemoney chose to stay true to his values and refused the proposition.
In an interview with Echoo Room, Whitemoney recounted how the woman had offered him a blank cheque in exchange for sexual favors. He revealed that she had mistakenly sent him a family photo, which included her five children, making her marital status clear.
Reflecting on the incident, Whitemoney said, “I got a blank cheque from a lady when I was living under Ojuelegba Bridge. I called her. She was so beautiful. We started talking and then she called me to meet her at a hotel, where she put out a blank cheque for me. Before she did that, she made a mistake by sending me her family picture. She had about five boys. She was one of those women whose husbands are hardly around. If she had not done that, maybe I would have slept with her. But knowing she was married, I refused. I have a law: I can never sleep with a married woman.”
Whitemoney’s story underscores his steadfast adherence to his principles, even in the face of severe hardship.
